From breakfast to dinner, the bistro is the lively heart of the hotel. The charcoal grill never stops blazing and fresh, vibrant summer produce is in abundance. Weather permitting, our summer lunch and dinner menu is served exclusively on the patio, along with our wine and cocktail programs.

On weekend afternoons, we serve our daily à la carte menu along with a selection of additional brunch dishes.

Vår innergård har officiellt öppnat för sommaren! Restaurangen har flyttat ut, menyn har ett starkt fokus på vår vedeldade grill och baren är nu öppen utomhus med säsongens signaturdrinkar.

Utvalda kvällar bakar Babette pizza på gården, livemusik kommer att spelas med jämna mellanrum och specialrätter och viner på glas kommer att serveras.
I augusti ser vi fram emot vår kräftfestivalhelg.

Innergården är öppen varje dag för frukost, lunch och middag. Lördags- och söndagseftermiddagar erbjuder brunchspecialiteter.
På onsdagar anordnas after work-sessioner med musik i utomhusbaren.

På grund av det ombytliga vädret kan vi aldrig garantera ett bord utomhus.

Hotel bars have historically played a key role in cocktail culture. Inspired by iconic locations and with deep craft knowledge, head bartender Andrés Basile presents both new and classic drinks with a modern interpretation. A select selection of beers, wines and ciders are also served.

The dining room, located in what was once a chapel, is the most meticulously preserved room in the house. With its own kitchen, vaulted ceilings and restored frescoes, it stands apart from the rest of the hotel: more intimate, more special, suited to things that don’t fit on a quick menu or a standing reservation.

The room hosts rotating guest residencies, communal dinners and events designed specifically for this space. Each event runs for a defined season before giving way to the next. What’s happening – and who’s behind it – changes. The room doesn’t.
